And the winner of the Prix Elysée 2023 is...

Photo Elysée and Parmigiani Fleurier are pleased to announce the identity of the winner of the Prix Elysée 2023: American photographer Debi Cornwall, was selected by an international jury of experts amongst eight nonimated project. He current series, Model Citizens, will be on view at the Museum June 30-October 1,2023.

Program 2023

Josef Koudelka. Ikonar, After Nature and #Ukraine are on view at Photo Elysée until January 29, 2023. An overview of the 2023 program announces a year rich in projects, promoting contemporary artists and the museum's collections.

Photo Elysée fall program 2022

After the inaugural period that ended on September 25, Photo Elysée presents its fall program, with two exhibitions that will open on Saturday, November 5, 2022: Josef Koudelka. Ikonar. Archival constellations and After nature. Swiss Photography in the 19th Century, as well as a focus on Ukraine in the LabElysée, opening on November 17, 2022.

And the eight nominees of the Prix Elysée are...

The eight nominated projects for the fifth edition of the Prix Elysée were revealed Wednesday, July 6, at an event during the Rencontres de la photographie d'Arles. Launched in 2014 with the support of Parmigiani Fleurier, the Prix Elysée offers financial support, curatorial guidance and significant visibility to mid-career artists with a passion for photography and books, so that they can take a decisive step in their careers.

Reopening of Photo Elysée: A renewed museum project

629 days after its closure to prepare its move to Platform 10, Photo Elysée will reopen its doors to the public on Saturday 18 and 19 June 2022 during a festive inaugural weekend. An institution resolutely open to all photography, Photo Elysée offers a boldly redesigned museum.

Opening of the artists distric Plateforme 10 and inauguration of the new mudac and Photo Elysée

The new building that is now home to Photo Elysée and mudac is inaugurating its exhibition spaces in June 2022, enabling them to deploy their museum activities and move on to a new stage in their development. Together with the MCBA, they present an exhibition theme in common devoted to the imagery inspired by railroads and train stations. Plateforme 10 is now a cultural hub that cannot be overlooked, making the City of Lausanne definitively the capital of culture for French-speaking Switzerland.
