Through her project Why Don't You Dance?, Hannah Darabi explores Iranian folk dance as a space for memory, transmission, and resistance. As a recipient of the Prix Elysée, the artist reflects on the origins of her work, the circulation of images, and how an ordinary gesture can become a political act.
