Tony Oursler and UFO photography

About "Anomalous"

"One can look at science fiction and UFO photography as a response to fear of the unknown. " – Toni Oursler

Video

For the inauguration of its new building, Photo Elysée gives carte blanche to Tony Oursler (born in 1957). On this occasion, the American artist presents three video installations within the LabElysée, our space dedicated to digital culture.

By exploring a specific theme, the testimonies of encounters with unidentified flying objects (UFOs), Oursler questions our relationship to images and their influence in a world where screens are increasingly ubiquitous.

Exhibition

The exhibition Tony Oursler. Anomalous was showcased at LabElysée from June 18 to November 6, 2022.
