The Prix Elysée is an award to support production in the field of photography. This book presents the projects of the eight nominees of the inaugural edition, selected by Photo Elysée from among more than 400 candidates from around the world. It invites us to enter into the intimacy of a work in progress, while offering an overview of contemporary photographic practices.
The publication features the work of Anoush Abrar (CH), Mari Bastashevski (DK), Philippe Chancel (FR), Annabel Elgar (UK), Agnès Geoffray (FR), Martin Kollar (SK), Marco Poloni (IT/CH) and Kourtney Roy (CA). The result of a partnership between Photo Elysée and Parmigiani Fleurier, the Prix Elysée offers financial assistance and museum support to artists so that they can take a decisive step in their careers.
Under the direction of Sam Stourdzé and Pascal Hufschmid.
